1928 Locomobile USA 25 Cents Stamp First Day of Issue

The 1928 Locomobile, whose slogan was “Easily the best built car in America,” was the product of a Bridgeport, Connecticut manufacturing firm long noted for its painstaking attention to quality.  Considered to be one of New England’s finest cars, this expensive classic sported details of fine craftsmanship for which many people paid up to $7,000 back then.

What I have is this first day of issue laminated photo!!! One of my favorites…
