The World Is Dead To Me, And I Am Dead To The World
1 Timothy 6: 7, 17-19
What did we bring to the world? Nothing! What can we take out of the world? Nothing!
Command those who are rich in the things of this life not to be proud, but to place their hope, not in such an uncertain thing as riches, but in GOD, who generously give us everything for our enjoyment.
Command them to do good, to be rich in good works, to be generous and ready to share with others.
In this way they will store up for themselves a treasure which will be a solid foundation for the future. And then they will be able to win the life which is true life.
1 Peter 4: 8
Above everything, love one another earnestly, because love covers over many things.
Galatians 6: 7-8, 14
You will reap exactly what you plant. If you plant in the field of your natural desires, from it you will gather the harvest of death; if you plant in the field of the Spirit, from the Spirit you will gather the harvest of eternal life.
As for me, I will boast only about the cross of our LORD Jesus Christ; for by means of His cross the world is dead to me, and I am dead to the world.
Ephesians 2: 18, 21
It is through Christ that all of us are able to come in the one Spirit into the presence of the Father.
He is the one who holds the whole building together and makes it grow into a sacred temple dedicated to the LORD.
In union with Him you are being built together with all the others into a place where GOD lives through His Spirit.
Ephesians 4: 3
Do your best to preserve the unity which the Spirit gives by means of the peace that binds you together.
Ephesians 5: 10-11
Try to learn what pleases the LORD. Have nothing to do with the worthless things that people do, things that belong to the darkness.
Instead bring them out to the light.
2 Corinthians 1: 3-4
Let us give thanks to the GOD and Father of our LORD Jesus Christ, the merciful Father, the GOD from whom all help comes.
He helps us in all our troubles, so that we are able to help others who have all kinds of troubles, using the same help that we ourselves have received from GOD.
Romans 15: 1, 13
We who are strong in the faith ought to help the weak to carry their burdens.
May GOD, the source of hope, fill you with all joy and peace by means of your faith in Him, so that your hope will continue to grow by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Hebrews 10: 35-37
Do not lose your courage, then, because it brings with it great reward.
You need to be patient in order to do the will of GOD and receive what He promises.
For as the scripture says,
“Just a little while longer, and He who is coming will come; He will not delay.
My righteous people, however, will believe and live; but if any of them turns back, I will not be pleased with them.”
John 11: 25-26
Jesus said, ” I am the resurrection and the life. Those who believe in Me will live, even though they die; and those who live and believe in Me will never die.”
Matthew 28: 18
Jesus said, ” I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth.
Go, then, to all peoples everywhere and make them my disciples; baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit and teach them to obey everything I have commanded you.
And I will be with you always to the end of the age.”
Hebrews 6: 3, 11-12
Let us go forward! And this is what we will do, if GOD allows.
Our great desire is that each of you keep up your eagerness to the end, so that the things you hope for will come true.
We do not want to become lazy, but to be like those who believe and are patient, and to receive what GOD has promised.
Revelation 15: 3-4
“LORD GOD Almighty, how great and wonderful are your deeds!
King of the nations, how right and true are your ways!
Who will not stand in awe of your, LORD?
Who will refuse to declare your greatness?
You alone are holy.
All the nations will come and worship you, because your just actions are seen by all.”
Praised the LORD.
