Matthew 24: 35

Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will by no means pass away.

Matthew 25: 13, 31-33

Keep on watch therefore, because you know neither the day or the hour.

When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the angels with Him, then He will sit down on His glorious throne.

All nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate people one from another, just as a shepherd separate the sheep from the goats.

And He will put the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on His left.

Matthew 26: 41

Keep on the watch and pray continually, so that you may not enter into temptation.  The spirit, of course, is eager, but the flesh is weak.

John 16: 5-11, 13-16, 20, 24

Now I am going to the One who sent me; grief has filled your hearts.

Nevertheless, I am telling you the truth, it is for your benefit that I am going away.  For if I do not go away, the helper will not come to you; but if I do go, I will send Him to you.

And when that One comes, He will give the world convincing evidence concerning sin and concerning righteousness and concerning judgment.

First concerning sin, because they are not exercising faith in Me; then concerning righteousness, because I am going to the Father and you will see me no longer; then concerning judgment, because the ruler of this world has been judged.

When that One comes, the spirit of the truth, He will guide you into all the truth, for He will not speak of His own initiative, but what He hears He will speak, and He will declare to you the things to come.

That One will glorify Me, because He will receive from what is mine and will declare it to you.

All the things that the Father has are mine.

In a little while you will see Me no longer and again, in a little while you will see Me.

Most truly I say to you, you will weep and wail but the world will rejoice; you will be grieved, but your grief will be turned into joy.

Until now you have not asked for a single thing in my name, Ask and you will receive, so that your joy may be complete.

John 17: 24, 26

Father, I want those whom you have given Me to be with Me where I am, in order that they may look upon my glory that you have given Me, because you loved Me before the founding of the world.

I have made your name known to them and will make it known, so that the love with which you loved Me may be in them and I in union with them.

Praise the LORD.
